the victorian era.

The Victorian era is the time when queen Victoria ruled the English. this was a time of expansion, improve of schools, hospitals, and religious movements succeeded. It was also the time for prosperity of the countries economy. people had interest in art and music (nick named the second renaissance).

The working class though had still had a hard time just surviving, there was a bill passed saying that children under nine could not work in textile industries. But this did not point out that there could be other jobs like coal making or other jobs that kids could do while still young. the Victorian era was also the time for great scientific discoveries in fact this was the time Darwin made the false theory of evolution, also the ideas of socialism, Marxism, and feminism had began. plus there are novels that were made during this time.

emanuels poem do not read

Percy Jackson
by Emanuel

“Zoom” they drove as fast as light a
away from the monster thats wants
a bite
suddenly , somehow, the car went “BOOM”
Percy with his mother, survived the blast
they sprinted outside just as fast
the beast caught up and went
straight for the mother, and vaporised her
like a feather
rage and anger flowed through in Percy

filled with power, he stood his ground
the killer charged and the kid simply turned around
Yank then “SNAP” the beasts horn was gone
the kid with one horn charged again
at final breath the beast was dead
and in his belly was its
horn

the monster turned to ashes so dark
until there was no mark
Percy Jackson now an orphan
fainted right there dead like a coffin.

Dr. Anagnos
P.I.B
Boston MA

Dear Mr. Anagnos
Please  send me one person that will help my daughter, Helen, with her terrible sickness. By now you must wondering the sickness is. The problem is that my poor daughter is very deaf and very blind and can not speak because she cant hear. I am getting very worried about her future as a woman and how she will do in school. (Sadly she has never been to  school) send some one good from your humble institute to help my Helen. Her attitude is not very welcoming and in other cases she is very violent and harsh, plus is not very reasoning with the arguments, she needs desperate help. You must also be wondering about the daily payment i would pay the "teacher" a $35 dollars a month if not then i will reason for a higher or (unlikely) lower prices. Please write to me when you find someone.

                                                                                                       Sincerely yours,                                                                                                           Captain Keller

a letter for a good doc.

Dear Dr.anagnos  please ho please help my poor little child. the problem

the skill i taught.

i for one taught a how to count in another language to my good friend Jesse. i taught this skill because first there was nothing else i can think of and second because it was something i new how to do. i choose Jesse because there was no time to decide because it was a final second choice( i completely for got about it) and because Jesse didn't know how too do that. in the start he was a fast learner and it was only counting to 3. so it was not that hard to teach. the only thing was remembering how to say the words. in the end i felt relived because it was already English time and my student has got the hang of it.
